Solo includes 5 clip downloads per day (~100/mo). Team includes 20/day pooled across up to 5 seats. Brokerage includes 60/day pooled across 25 seats. Past your daily cap, clips are available as overage at $12 (Solo), $10 (Team), or $8 (Brokerage) each, billed on your next invoice.

Anything you've already posted — listing videos, reels, ads, your website — stays up for good. You also get a 30-day grace window after cancel to keep using clips you downloaded in new posts under your own brand. After 30 days, to post new content with our footage you'd re-subscribe (which instantly re-licenses everything you've downloaded, no extra charge).

Preview clips in the library show a small watermark. Downloads are clean 4K — no visible watermark — but every downloaded file has an invisible forensic marker embedded in the file metadata so we can trace leaks back to the subscriber. It doesn't affect the video; it only matters if someone redistributes clips against the license.

Around 10 new clips per week across the covered cities. Every subscriber sees what's new the moment it's published.

Yes — subscribers can request a specific neighborhood, community, or landmark and we prioritise it in our next shoot schedule. Limits vary by tier.

Nope. Use the footage as your own marketing. A credit is appreciated, never required.

Yes — as long as the final deliverable is FOR YOU, under YOUR brand, for YOUR listing. Your videographer can pull from your account to assemble your reel. What's not allowed is a videographer using their own subscription to produce reels for multiple different real-estate clients — that's what a future Studio/Agency tier will be for.

Two options: pay overage at your tier's per-clip rate (billed on the next invoice), or upgrade to the next tier mid-cycle. Upgrades prorate and the new cap takes effect immediately.
